We do not offer a refund on any items for change of mind. We offer exchange or store credit on full price items within 14 days from receipt of goods. Product must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged with tag still attached.

Return shipping is at customer's cost and we recommend you use a prepaid Australia Post bag with tracking. Cub will not be held responsible for any return parcels that are lost.
